Join the User Experience team at Engine Yard

We’re building a pretty unique, challenging and exciting product at Engine Yard and it’s time to grow our user experience team.

The UX team is a small, focused group of designers and developers working on building out the new Engine Yard application management interface. You will be working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with our product team, designers and engineers to develop new and existing features on our product interface.

What We Do

We believe that design is more than a Photoshop file. The average day requires a mix of visual design and coding skills; doing whatever it takes to solve a problem. We wireframe, mockup, prototype and iterate as the situation requires.

We work across a mixture of offices and timezones, so excellent communication skills are important. We value people who can strive independently towards solving a problem, but who can also collaborate and click with a larger team. We strive for empathy, openness and perspective rather than ego. Our designers are engineers and our engineers are designers.
