Last week, I went to Homestay Management Training in Batam held by Dinas Pariwisata Kepri for three days. I attended the management training because as a product designer I want to know how’s the tourism business going, especially in homestay (pondok wisata). Is it going well or to many problems inside the business. In the first day the event went really well, because the speaker is really good, he makes my job easier because he asked the owner  and the customer of the homestay one by one what are the problems they have
