Local News Paper Website Redesign

Local newspaper "Gente", recently got a redesign for its printed version, and I was in charge of the digital part of this redesign, for this process I consulted with the product owners, interviewed users, and got to know some improvement points they wold like to see, we got to a more mobile-first product that satisfied their users needs and improved bounce rate which was rapidly growing for some time.
