Logo design for a real estate company

I've created an identity for Nice Development, that will consolidate their image as a technological and modern developer: a logo that instantly conveys a strong character of the brand. A key visual element is the dynamic symbol of the house, which is enlargeable, or getting filled with content, depending on the task and the layout of the medium.
