Kanban workflow

On this project, I had the approach to understand the users' current workflow, routine, and tools. Rather than ask "what do you want" I decided to research methods and explore better alternatives to spreadsheets. One concept I use every day, both for work and personal, is Kanban. It is a great visual way to see the bigger picture, scalable, and it is even satisfying to move cards to "Completed" when a task is done. Users who had never even heard about Kanban are already using, giving amazing feedbacks, and suggesting improvements
