Town Studios

Town Studios is a bespoke mixing and mastering studio founded in 2020 by musician, producer and engineer Sam.

It's much more than your average post-production house, providing strong communication between them and their artists and offering a mixing and mastering service that allows music to thrive, giving impact to its direction, personality and originality.

The goal of the logo was to portray a contemporary studio, with traditional values. It also needed to translate into a smaller icon and favicon. The solid O uses the cut out of a T to create an old-school control knob, usually seen on mixing equipment or amplifiers. This juxtaposed with the minimal modern font and mustard colouring was the portrayal of both aspects of Town Studios Sam was looking for.
