Lucky Number 7

Zero score and seven years ago, I began an adventure that would become my main blog - Bionic Beauty. After some pondering, much hemming, and a bit of hawwing, I decided to create an interactive, responsive timeline to showcase landmark events such as redesigns, major "firsts", media exposure, etcetera.

Of course, I also needed a few graphics to dress the timeline. Hence these two critters were born. The hibiscus, in various forms, is a branding element I've used since 2008. These typefaces (Roboto and Great Vibes) are being incorporated into the site's upcoming redesign.
