Yes, in web design, we should see the visibility and readability aspect of the visitor and make a priority scale between component items. If we put the component at the right slot, the goals will be easily reached.
As a sample, at this web concept, the main goals is to make the visitor easily gain information about what the organization do, and how to support them. So, we added slideshow at the top and 'We Help You to Help Others' section after. At the second section, there's 4 main sub-section related to donation activities. The donate button also available at the sticky header so the user can easily take this action without scrolling to the exact donate section.
