Youthful Curiosity

Life really is like a box of chocolates sometimes. This shot was a taken while photographing a golf course. While lining up a shot of the flag pin I noticed this little racoon mozy its way out of the rough. The little fella just sat there so I walked over to take a closer look. As brave and as curious as could be it calmly check me and the camera out. I layed down on the ground right up close to take this shot and it didn't have a fear in the world. I took a few shots, got up and said my goodbyes to my new friend, and went on my way as the little one returned to the rough. A beautiful and rare experience indeed.
