Satellite Map: Paphos, Cyprus

Maps always look so different when you've lived in the place you're looking at. The streets don't just look like a spider's web of lines and cross-lines anymore. Instead they become familiar markings with stories. As a personal illustration project, I wanted to stylize a satellite map of Paphos, Cyprus, partly to establish it in my own memory as a place I've lived, and partly as a creative challenge.
