Internal facing chat interface for bill negotiation
One of the core services that Point Health provides its members is bill negotiation. Right now, the business relies on conducting all communication through phone calls. I was tasked to start to figure out how to bring those processes into some form of digital communication for both our members and the advocates that help lower medical bills.
This is an initial concept for a first version of a messaging interface from the perspective of one of our Patient Advocates.
