Lightning Chess ♟⚡️

I created this composition as part of the Adobe Photoshop Creative Challenge for Glow Effects.

The goal was stated as "Add neon lighting to a photograph using glow effects." 

I decided to explore how neon lighting can, at first, be used for a framing shape -- and then how that same lightning can rendered inwards on the contained subject by composing more layers of blurs, hue/saturation adjustments, dynamic "Blend If" layer styling, and other subtle touches.

Titled "Lightning Chess", the theme of the composition itself is inspired by the beautiful game of chess, and my hope for a future where players can compete for Satoshis on chess platforms that integrate the Lightning Network ⚡️.
