New Contacts Manager

As we are rolling out Accounts in Front, we'll also be updating our Contacts Manager to make it even easier to import and manage customer data. 

Many flows got a refresh, like creating contacts, importing in bulk, searching and filtering, updating contacts in bulk, managing Contact lists, and more!
