Barometer

A barometer giving someone the ability to input their feelings on how the workplace is tackling bias and the creation of equality. The completely anonymous output is quantitative and qualitative data which the users can see but also, allows leadership to set benchmarks and glean insights which can develop new programs or optimize existing ones.

On top of collecting sentiment, there are a few example states, in an attempt to prepare the user for what this tool is and what to expect in the future.

We explored a change of background and component colors, putting the user in a different place of thought. The rings represent different questions, and the colors really glow on this dark background, I think that worked out pretty well.
