Another glimpse into the early exploration phase for the John Dough identity.

A key idea we were working with was how to portray imperfection in an aesthetically pleasing way, because imperfection is what makes artisan work so uniquely appealing.

We manifested this idea through the use of a "hand-laid brick" pattern, positioned in the mold of imperfect circles.

This idea was scrapped pretty early on in search of something a bit more charismatic.
