New Mobile Push Notification Settings to Support iOS 15

Worked with our design and engineering teams to update our push creation page so it supports the new notification changes for iOS 15. The updates are now live.

Creators can now select from 4 interruption level settings to apply to each notification, which impacts when and how they are displayed to their users. They can also apply a relevance score (from 0 to 1) to each notification, which impacts how prominently they appear in their users’ notification summary.
