Medical form dashboard

Full rework of medical online forms for desktop use. Quite restricted when working on this project, they needed something quick and on brand. They needed a quick way of generating forms and then a way of keeping track of what they have already generated. Even though they wanted everything online they still needed a way of printed the final out come to add to patient notes, so had to come up with a print friendly version once the form was completed... and no the background colour wasn't included in the final print stylesheet ;)
