A new member area that allows managing your booking with ease

Together with my product team at HolidayCheck I was working on a complete redesign of the personal area, also including touchpoints around the booking experience.

We aim to provide customers with real-time information on their payments, flights and travel data. Additionally, self-managing your booking becomes a breeze.

We tackled the issue that the whole area was neither responsive nor very informative for customers searching relevant information of their bookings.

We created a new home base for our customers, improving automated cancellations and providing additional value to be a member at HolidayCheck.
