Downtown Riverfest volunteer T Shirt

Wave to the river, it waves back! A watery design for Downtown Sioux Falls' festival on the Big Sioux River. The goal was to create a shirt that volunteers would want to wear after the event was over. Especially pleased with how I was able to incorporate 12 sponsors without turning the entire thing into a block of logos!
