BPJSTKU is a mobile platform by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (national employees social security system) to serve the needs of insurance participants in various ways. In this case, I researched and tried to revamp the BPJSTKU mobile platform based on the UI/UX literature I have learned (desk research).
