New feature design for Instacart

Designed a new feature for a food app as part of a design challenge.
After doing user research on friends and family, I discovered that a huge pain point is figuring out what to make for dinner:

“I struggle with making recipes so often lol. I kinda buy like the main ingredients I usually use, and I also come up with a few recipes I want to try, but don't plan it entirely set in stone.”

“I honestly just google and pray LMAO, I usually am too lazy to scroll further down the Google too.”

So how might we find what to cook and obtain the right ingredients for it?

• Save external webpages to make delicious meals later
• Instacart reads and parses down the ingredients to make your grocery shopping experience easier than ever
