This is Cold Case Solutions, the project of forensic expert, Francine Bardole. A couple years back, Francine invented a new method for pulling DNA evidence from used shell casings. This new technique has given law enforcement an important tool for progressing previously unsolved murders, and it has given the families of victims an opportunity for resolution.
