Talent Acquisition Tool - Web App - UX Design

A robust tool for a Talent Acquisition Consultancy that deals with providing matching candidates to the companies for their vacancies, and also helps candidates find their dream job!
This project was a roller coaster, as it had lot of challenges in terms of project requirements, technical feasibility.
As a UX Designer my job was to provide a user friendly design and architecture keeping technical feasibility also into consideration.
Real challenge was to provide best possible design but not to make it difficult for the Front End Developers to get it coded.
A lot of features were designed for this project that enhanced the usability for the user.
After doing the UX Design, I also did the UI Design for this particular project.
