AgSpace was acquired by Origin Enterprises Group in 2017. After 4 years of integration, and following a strategic review conducted in 2020, the AgSpace name and brand will be retired and the business will operate under its new brand identity: Origin Digital.

The ambition for the rebrand is to showcase the central role that ‘digital’ plays in the Origin Group and provide a clearer explanation on the activities and capabilities of the business. Origin Digital is the digital arm of Origin Group Enterprises Plc, a multinational agricultural services group operating in the UK, Ireland, Poland, Ukraine, Romania, and Brazil.
