Yellow Rice "Acil Kintul"

Nasi Kuning (Yellow Rice) is one of traditional Banjar foods in South Kalimantan. As the name implies, this rice also has a yellow appearance both outside and inside.

Not only that, yellow rice is usually also served with Sambal Habang (red chili sauce) the side dishes are also varied.
Yellow rice can be eaten with Chicken, Haruan (Common Snakehead) or Hintalu (Eggs).
