Wireframing template

I've recently been trying to improve my wireframing process. Have settled on a simple browser/grid template that I draw on top of using a Wacom tablet and marker-style brush in Photoshop. I then annotate the document in red on a separate layer. This has significantly sped up my workflow and the output is much more pleasing for clients. Does anyone else have any tailored techniques?
