Inclusive Gender Selection

While I don’t think any of the gender settings should be required for users to supply, I think it is useful in order for products to better understand their demographics.

"Not Specified" is the default setting, and users don't find this modal without working through their optional account settings. When "Custom" is selected, users are prompted to type in how they identify.
