SO EXCITED to be a part of ‘Please Insert Women’, a Creative Technology Incubation Programme for women and non-binary artists in SEA, brought to you by the team at NET-A-PORTER and Meshminds ✨

Together with 3 other artists, we created a total of 9 original artworks inspired by the 9 attributes of NET Sustain - NET-A-PORTER ‘s edit of consciously crafted fashion & beauty products.

This artwork titled ‘Metamorphosis’ was based on the attribute ‘Reducing Waste’. I was greatly inspired by the upcycling movement, particularly the idea of transformation and breathing new lives into old items. Just because something is old, doesn’t mean it has no value - especially when you get creative with it!
