GoTagihan, bills & mobile recharge redesign

To provide the best customer experience and increase bills & mobile recharge engagement to customers, we are merging bills and mobile recharge into one product and transforming it as one of the easiest places for customers to pay any bills. From income taxes, local tax, retribution, and school payment, to e-money top-up.

We redesign it to solve some pain points of the user, as well as to provide the best user experience. The customer will be comfortable paying their bills through our product, providing customers the best user experience. Lot of choices for the billers, and additional features to make it easier for customer to pay their bill are the keys to win the customer market.
