This happens because the competition on the market is higher than the Eiffel Tower, and even a tiny customer's wish will be fulfilled in the blink of an eye. But even if you had created something unique, how to retain a customer and make them use your app instead of abandoning it for another one?
The character of today’s Customer Journey Map, Jon, who is known among his friends as a track guru, loved his new app. It is designed to search for new music for his playlist. Jon was using it actively and nothing gave a sign he was going to delete it, but he did. There are two facts to explain it: 1. this is a music app, 2. Jon was having exams this year, then it becomes less unpredictable.
