Nikos Aliazis // Clothing line

In my first meeting with Nikos, were put the first stimuli (images, thoughts, ideas) to create a logo that will be used in his original clothing lines. He described his clothes as “funky” and “unsusual” and imagined a distinctive logo, simple and artistic. Seeing his plans and doing a research in the field of fashion, I tried to incorporate all the elements that have resulted from our discussions. So, I kept as a focal point the dresses which inspired by comics, his handmade designs and tried to incorporate the meaning of the unusual and the stylized.
Trying to find a simple and smart way to visualize the clothing line Nikos Aliazis, came after several options, the element of safety pin. The safety pin is one of the basic tools of sewing,during the creative stage and helps the project to get its final shape. Be transferred from paper to fabric and then, to embrace the female body. The safety pin connects materials that have no apparent connection between them, just like Nikos. He sings professionally and he has won many awards,he's studying sociology, he designs his own clothes,he lives in a creative environment and tries to make his dreams come true.
