Channels: Google Assistant and Facebook Messenger

We designed a chatbot in Facebook Messenger to give information to users about the shopping centre and its different stores, as a plus, we also created a voicebot in Google assistant to improve the experience at the mall. With the device, we gave users instructions, details and recommendations about stores.
