    10x Hire® – equips HR leaders with the tools they need to make hiring decisions (using objective assessment data) and manage the hiring process. Through the interactive dashboard UI, leaders can access ranked lists, tailored interview guides and visual representations of candidate performance to support fast, informed decisions that align with their organizational strategy.

    I designed the User Experience (UX) and created the User Interface (UI) for this multi-tenant, multi-app solution. This is a tiny selection of UI screens from a solution that's available in the HR Tech marketplace – and is currently being used by some FTSE 250 companies.

    The app has been described as "A quantum shift in visualizing objective assessment data – from PDF reports and excel spreadsheets; to engaging data visualizations on a single dashboard with embedded validation."
