We are looking for a detail-oriented, smart and passionate UX Designer ready to help us build SalesScreen into the world's leading sales motivation software.

You will become a pivotal part of the Product team alongside our Principal Designer and our Software Engineers. You will actively participate in our product sprints where new features, improvements or ideas are thought out, prototyped, implemented and shipped to our SalesScreen web and mobile applications. You should possess a clear vision of the future of user experience and have the courage of pursuing forward thinking design.

You are a great designer and visionary - with an outstanding intuition - who will provide leadership across our product to design a clean, elegant and fun user experience for each user persona. You will take initiative to rapid improvements and take part of shaping what SalesScreen will become in the future.

We expect you to take responsibility for creating personas and conducting interviews to refine your findings further. The more you understand how revenue teams are operating the more insight you can bring to the team and help SalesScreen become the number one in our marked.
