At Squiz, we recognised that it can be a laborious process for our clients to gain sign off when they recognise pain points within their organisation. Layer upon layer, wall upon wall of execs and stakeholders can often slow everything down when it comes to even the most simple business case proposition.

My team ideated and iterated a product with the working title 'Business Case Builder' to empower new and prospective clients to create rapid business cases to put forward to their relevant teams. The business case builder operates as a step form, and collates important information and statistics within a final PDF output to allow users to present their case in a clean and concise format.
