We designed and developed “My Vodafone by Vodafone Zambia” self-service mobile applications and self-service website. The My Vodafone app makes it easy for clients in Zambia to stay on top of their spendings while on the go.

For the first time in mobile telecommunications in Zambia, users can easily top up with their Debit or Credit Card and chat with a contact centre agent within the app. Users are able to check the spendings, usage and remaining balance, and easily top up straight away with a voucher.
