Subtitling on the Cloud

WIP UI for Nagi, a html5 subtitling web app, work with offline video and youtube video.

While making subtitle for a friend's music video, I found myself not happy about the subtitling/caption tools available.

Yes, those ones with millions of control buttons and tiny window to play video. They works just fine, they get the job done. But, can we do better?
