Currently, the F&B industry is considered as the industry that has the highest technology adoption rate compared to other retail industries. This is due to the emergence of the need for online ordering services and online delivery, which are urgently needed during the pandemic. People's fear of interacting with other people is also the main reason why this industry has a high increase in technology adoption.

Background Problem:
Many cafes and restaurants still rely on simple POS applications as the main system to manage and record sales. In this pandemic period, simple POS applications become less relevant because there is still a need for an interaction process between sellers and buyers directly face-to-face. This is the reason why this Food Ordering App is important for them. Some of the features contained in this application are:
1. Recommendation of favorite products and best-selling products,
2. Estimated Pickup time that can be seen by the customer,
3. Order status in real time,
4. The confirmation process for taking orders using a QR Code,
