HR Libra Dashboard - Managing people to achieve better performance.

The idea behind the dashboard is to allow both managers and employees to amend or review information related to human resources. The employee can choose the language in which he wants to enter the system, as the system is available in both languages (Arabic / English).

Both managers and employees can perform several tasks throughout the system which increases the effectiveness and efficiency, it is convenient as employees can access their personal information at any time and from anywhere from which they can access the Internet, and it increases the productivity as using the employee services system helps employees and managers save time and increase productivity by automating employee movements and requests and reducing the cost of communication between the two parties.
