WorkHub Mobile App
WorkHub is the first UI/UX Design that I created with the team!
The background for designing this application because we think that during the Covid-19 pandemic, many startups and organizations have changed their productivity in carrying out their work and activities. This often triggers various problems such as schedules that often clash, deadlines that are often forgotten, communication is difficult, members who do not understand technology, and so on. This problem certainly has an impact on the performance of startups and organizations. Based on this problem, we think that we need a system that can help startups and organizations collaborate to plan and schedule work
In designing this application we use the Design Thinking approach which has five stages, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing. At Empathize, we distribute the “Teamwork in a Pandemic Period” form to find out the conditions and problems that are being experienced by the target user. This is useful for knowing and understanding the needs of the target user. In Define, we analyze the results that have been obtained from the Empathize stage so that we can produce an Empathy Map and Proto Persona. At ideate we started to build the foundation to produce Prototype, at this stage we created Information Architecture and Wireframe. At the Prototype stage we use the Figma application so that users can try Prototype easily. At the Testing stage, we perform Usability Testing for users using maze tools to get feedback on the use of the application that we have designed
In this project I am a UI/UX Designer. I create Information Architecture, moodboard, User Interface and perform Usability Testing for users.
