Hello!
The client is a government agency that provides innovative solutions to support the insurance and specialty marketplace. Their business ran on two different systems built in the 90s, and they needed to evolve into a data-driven organization to provide insights on their market.

My Role
I was the UX leader on an Agile team of 7 developers, a product owner, a project manager and a technical leader. I was responsible for determining the overall design direction of the project and partnered with the stakeholders on constant ideation and collaborations sessions.

The project consists in building a single, modern application with robust automation, dashboards, and integrations.
