Feedback management as the admin

Hi guys 👋!

Recently I've shown you visual solution for feedback mode for the user in the FAQ app. Today let's see the other side of the mirror 👀. Once the user sends the feedback ✉️, the admin sees the messages in the admin mode. The queries are grouped according to date 📅, time ⌚, and status ✅. The tree diagram in the sidebar represents the service with the actual feedback sets. It's highly comfortable to use, we must say.
