UI Study - Sign In Page

This is a screen for a user to take the first step towards a volunteering program.

Observation :
Fitts's Law states that the time to acquire a target is a function of the distance to, and the size of the target.

In this screen I'm trying to study how the placements of objects - interactive or non interactive, can affect a users perception in relation of completing a process.
