Membership Level Selection

After a visitor has provided their basic details, they are asked to select a membership type. I didn't have the feature list at the time but still wanted a simple but not overbearing way to focus the user's attention on the premium plan. Also, used some simple 1-2-3 circles to show the path to completion for the user so they're not left wondering how many screens it will take to finish the process.
