CSS-only Toolbar And Filters

No images were harmed in the creation of this toolbar and filter area for an online training/social media site.

This client wanted a very Apple-esque look and I decided to use aggressive progressive enhancement on it. It was terrific that the client and I agreed that IE could suffer a bland (but usable) experience.
