Level up mental health logo

Level Up is my newly-formed private practice in which I am the sole therapist providing mental health services in an outpatient setting to individuals, couples, and dyads of mixtures of relationships. Level Up is also a reference to video gaming - which is purposeful since I am a gamer and work a lot with teenagers! I want Level Up Therapy to feel like a friend is challenging you to do and be better, and is waiting to celebrate your wins with you.
