Carbon Intensity by Region
We're now pulling in grid carbon data from a third-party source, Carbonara. They're able to provide carbon intensity data for some of the ISOs in the US (see map for coverage).
The carbon intensity for each ISO may be relatively flat (e.g. the BPA in the Northwest) or somewhat volatile (e.g. the SPP in the Midwest). Note also that some ISOs have a consistently low carbon intensity (BPA), while others are much higher (MISO).
