Salva, the virtual assistant from "Voluntarios Telefónica" was designed to help users to subscribe to a campaign to collect gifts for vulnerable kids in Spain during Christmas.

Channel: web

Problem: Additional to the physical subscription, they wanted to offer and alternative way to subscribe users and assigned kids and gifts in a fast and simple way.

Solution: Salva, the sweet and kind volunteer. We created a web chatbot that inform the user about the campaign and also, after some questions gave the user the opportunity to subscribe to the programme and obtain all the important data with only one conversation.
