Johnnie, the chatbot was created to help users to find the perfect whiskey to gift in Christmas, according to user preferences.

Problem: JW wanted to promote their different products and personalisation features.

Solution: We created a chatbot that recommends different types of personalisation depending on users. After 5 questions, we generated different sale leads.
