A virtual assistant created only with gifs and buttons, designed to help Movistar's users to cancel their subscriptions.

Problem: There's a lot of information on blogs about the best way to cancel plans and people don't want to talk to an agent and spend hours on the phone.

Solution: We designed a cool chatbot that helped the user by giving steps and recommendations to cancel the current plan, with a sense of humor and personality.
